The development differs from the other recently completed or approved Tysons developments in several different ways, the most evident being the fact that this building is not a high-rise. Topping out at only 6 floors, this building brings much needed residential units to a neighborhood that is almost exclusively office in nature. Also, unlike other developments in Tysons, this building is not adjacent to Metro, with the Tysons Corner Metro Station a little more than half a mile away. Lastly, the building will feature very little retail with only 2,500 square feet.
